SERVICE AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

A service contract provides our customers with continuous equipment upkeep. This greatly reduces the risk of breakdowns and ultimately minimizes customer expenditures. Our programs are uniquely tailored to best fit each client’s specific needs. Servicing equipment at proper intervals prolongs the life of the equipment and assures peak efficiency.

Inspection

Our base maintenance program consists of regularly scheduled inspections as set forth in the agreement. This includes general maintenance which typically consists of belt and filter replacement, coil cleaning and lubrication of all necessary parts. A copy of the serviceman’s report will be left with Customer upon completion of all inspection or repair visits. This report will identify equipment being serviced, work performed, operating conditions, and additional repairs/work which may be required.

Labor Agreement

This preventative maintenance program covers any labor charges incurred for repairs during the agreement period. It includes all regularly scheduled maintenance, the labor involved in replacement of parts and emergency service as required.

Full Service Agreement

This preventative maintenance program covers all labor and materials during the term of the agreement. It includes all regularly scheduled maintenance, replacement of all parts and emergency service.
